In my life, I've been fortunate enough to work in some incredible restaurants and bars and work alongside some even more incredible people. A career that was born from the necessity to make ends meet financially ended up introducing me to a community of like-minded people, many of them artists themselves, and allowed me to continue developing and expressing my creative impulses. Along the way, I'd like to think I've come up with some good drinks. To all my brothers and sisters in the hospitality industry, to everyone I've ever served from behind the bar, and to anyone else that enjoys art, food, and drink as much as we do, these are for you.
